摘 要:开关磁阻电机(switched reluctance motor,SRM)的双凸极结构和易饱和特性导致其相电感出现严重的非线性,输出转矩随着电流和转子位置不断变化,设计参数自适应的转速电流调节器将有效改善SRM调速系统的运行性能。该文结合SRM的特点,利用直流电机电流环校正方法设计出PI参数自适应的电流调节器,利用直流电机转速环校正方法和小信号分析法设计出PI参数自适应的转速调节器,其中,电流环为内环,转速环为外环。由于SRM低速时转矩脉动影响较大,该文调速系统依据转速高低采用双模式运行控制,低速时采用转矩电流间接控制,将转速调节器输出作为参考转矩,进而调节参考电流以降低转矩波动;在转速高于设定值时采用直接电流控制模式,将转速调节器输出值直接作为参考电流。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了该控制方案的可行性。Doubly salient structure and its easy magnetic saturation characteristics of the switched reluctance motor(SRM) cause nonlinear inductance profiles,and the output torque varies with the current and the rotor position.The parameter self-adaptation speed regulator and the current regulator will effectively improve the operating performance of the SRM speed control system. According to the characteristics of SRM,the paper presented a PI parameter self-adaptation current regulator using the DC motors current loop correction technique,and a speed regulator using the DC motors speed loop correction technique and the small-signal analysis method, where the current loop was the inner loop, and the speed loop was the outer loop. Due to the effects of torque ripple was greater when SRM running at low speed,the dual operation mode was designed to follow the speed regulation for improving the torque ripple. Indirect torque-current control was employed when SRM running at low speed, where the output of the speed regulator was used as the reference torque, and thereby regulating the reference current to reduce torque ripple. Direct current control was used when SRM running at high speed, the output of the speed regulator was used directly as the reference current. Finally, the simulation and experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the control scheme.
