摘　　要：高校校园文化具有引领文化、凝聚人心、陶冶激励、规范约束和教育导向的重要作用.高校校园广播是高校重要的主流媒体和文化阵地,是新时期加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作,丰富、发展校园文化,加强德育、美育的重要途径.以安徽大学广播台为实例,探讨如何在新时期创新、发展高校校园广播工作,大力推进高校校园文化建设.Campus culture has the effect of leading the cultures,concentrating students＇ minds,inspiring, restricting and guiding the students.The campus radio is an important main stream medium and plays a role as a culture base which can strengthen and improve the work of the ideological and political educa-tion for college students,develop campus culture and improve the education of moral and aesthesis.This article tries to use campus radio of Anhui University to argue how to innovate and develop the campus radio work to push on campus culture construction in college.
