摘　　要：本试验采用添加Long-Term细胞体外培养方法对猪卵巢非闭锁卵泡的颗粒细胞进行无血清培养,研究不同浓度的FSH对颗粒细胞增生的影响。结果表明:FSH对体外培养的家猪卵巢颗粒细胞的生长有影响;与0 ng/m L,5 ng/m L和50 ng/m L相比,当FSH的浓度为25 ng/m L时,卵巢颗粒细胞生长情况最好,激素分泌效果最佳。This experiment adopted adding Long - Term cell in vitro culture method to do serum-free culture on the pig o- varian non atresia follicles granulosa cells, studied the influence of different concentration of FSH on granulosa cell prolif- eration. The results showed that FSH had influence on the growth of in vitro cultured pig ovarian granulosa cells, when the concentration of FSH is 25 ng/mL, ovarian granulosa cell growth is best and best hormone secretion compared with 0 ng/mL, 5 ng/mL and 50 ng/mL.
