摘　　要：地方高校向应用技术型大学转型势在必行,其中人才培养模式改革是关键。贺州学院计算机科学与信息工程学院在转型过程中,确立了适应社会需要的"嵌入式"计算机专业人才培养目标和课程设置原则,提出"嵌入式"人才培养模式,并付诸实践,为学院向应用技术型大学转型做了积极探索。It is imperative to transform local colleges and universities to application technology universities, and the reform of talent training mode is the pivotal issue. In the process of transformation, department of computer science and engineering of Hezhou university established the ＂embedded＂ training target and the course setting principle for computer professional talent training, put forward the ＂embedded＂ talent training mode, and put into practice, for the university transforming to an application technology university made an active exploration.
