基于AI和AAI指数的学科科研绩效评价指标研究

摘　　要：AI(Activity Index)指数和AAI(Attractivity Index)指数反映了某国家(研究机构)在F学科的文章数量和影响力绩效。很多学者通过对AI和AAI指数进行标准化转换,对某一国家(科研机构)的学科发文比较优势进行评价。通过C9高校和大连理工大学Incites学科数据,对AI及其衍生指数的适用性和有效性进行了实证分析。结果表明,与AI和RSI方法相比,SAI指数采用极差化方法,可以直接比较不同国家,不同年代学科数据,有效提高了综合评价结果的准确性。AI indax and AAI reflects a country （ or research institutes） in F subjects in the number and impact performance. Many scholhrs evaluated the subject comparative advantage using AI and its derivatives. In this paper, we test the accuracy of RSI index, SAI index through empirical analysis of C9 University and the Dalian University of Technology subject data from Incites database. The results show that SAI index can compare the data from different countries and different time by using the max-rain methods,and improve the compre- hensive assessment results.
