摘  要:熔接痕是注塑制品常见缺陷之一,快速变模温技术(RHCM)可改善甚至消除熔接痕。制备不同模具加热温度条件下快速变模温注塑成型制品,采用激光显微镜进行注塑制品熔接痕区域的三维立体观察,并测量熔接痕的宽度和深度尺寸,同时用扫描电子显微镜观察熔接痕所在区域的微观形态,研究模具加热温度对制品熔接痕的影响。结果表明:激光显微镜测量熔接痕尺寸是定量研究熔接痕的有效手段之一,快速变模温技术可显著改善熔接痕质量。Weld line was thought to be one of the most common defects of injection-molded parts, and rapid heat cycle molding (RHCM) was found to improve or even eliminate the weld line. Products were molded by RHCM at different heating temperature. Laser microscope was implemented to observe 3D structure of weld line and measure its width and depth, and scanning electron microscope (SEM) was introduced to observe the micro-morphology of weld line. The relationship between heating temperature and weld line was discussed also. Experimental results was showed that laser microscope could be regarded as one of effective quantitative research methods of weld line, and the phenomenon of weld line was weakened by RHCM.
