油菜新品种油研早18的选育

摘　　要：油菜新品种油研早18是贵州省油菜研究所用早熟及抗逆性好的亲本杂交转育并结合相应的早熟性选择及轻简栽培方法育成的隐性核不育系早01A与双低恢复系J4配制选育成功的杂交组合。在贵州省2012—2014年早熟组区域试验中,平均生育期190.85d,比宝油早12(CK)早熟1.6d;平均产量和产油量分别达157.78kg/667m2和63.37kg/667m2,比宝油早12分别增产23.85%和17.43%,增产达极显著水平。在生产试验和抗菌核病鉴定试验中,油研早18的产量比对照宝油早12分别增加22.69%和25.58%。该品种芥酸含量0.3%,硫甙含量24.28μmol/g饼,含油量41.89%,蛋白含量26.91%,抗病、抗旱、抗倒、抗寒,耐湿性强。适宜在贵州境内各地种植。Youyanzao 18, a new hybrid rape variety, was crossed by Guizhou Rape Research Institute with recessive GMS line 01A and double-low restoring line J4, which were of early maturity and strong stress resistance, and combined with corresponding earliness selection and simplified cultivation method. Results： In regional tests of early-maturity group during 2012-2014, the average growth period was 190.85 d, 1.6 d earlier than the control（Baoyouzao 12） ; The average yield and oil output were 157.78 kg/667m2 and 63.37 kg/667m2 respectively, 23.85% and 17.43% significantly higher than the control respectively. In production test and identification test of resistance to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, the yield was respectively 22.69% and 25.58% higher than the control. The contents of erucic acid, glucosinolate, oil and protein were 0.3%, 24.28 μmol/g cake, 41.89% and 26.91% separately. Youyanzao 18 was suitable for cultivating in Guizhou for its high resistance to disease, drought, lodging, cold and wet.
