摘　　要：目的:探讨特异AT序列结合蛋白1(SATB1)在食管癌手术标本中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法和荧光定量PCR方法分别检测食管癌和癌旁组织中SATB1蛋白和mRNA的表达。结果:SATB1蛋白在食管癌中的表达与癌组织的肿瘤细胞分化程度、病理学分期和淋巴结转移等呈正相关(P<0.05),而与病人年龄、性别等无明显相关(P>0.05);SATB1 mRNA在食管癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。结论:SATB1的表达与食管癌的发生发展及转移密切相关。Objective：To study the expression and significance of special AT rich sequence binding protein 1 （ SATB1 ） in e-sophageal carcinoma. Methods：The expressions of SATB1 protein and mRNA were detected by using immunohistochemistry and qRT-PCR in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma samples and the tumor-adjacent normal tissues from the same cases. Results：SATB1 pro-tein and mRNA were expressed in esophagus carcinoma. SATB1 protein levels in patients with esophagus carcinoma were not correlated with with age and sex（P〉0. 05）,but with invasive depth and lymph node metastasis（P〈0. 05）. The SATB1 mRNA expression levels in esophagus carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in the tumor-adiacent normal tissues（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：SATB1 expression in esophagus carcinoma tussues may be closely associated with the progression and metastasis and SATB1 may be used as a valuable target for early diagnosis.
