三种人工泪液联合用药缓解LASIK术后重度干眼的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评估思然、潇莱威联合卡波姆眼用凝胶与思然联合潇莱威比较治疗缓解LASIK术后重度症状干眼的疗效。方法:术后第7天有重度干眼者80眼随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组思然和潇莱威联合卡波姆眼用凝胶,对照组用思然和潇莱威。比较两组SPEED评分,干眼症状及治疗有效率的差异,重复测量方差分析、χ2趋势检验及χ2检验用于统计分析。结果:对照组和治疗组在治疗后第3、7天,治疗组干眼SPEED评分更低,在第3、7天SPEED评分分别为(8.59±3.36 vs6.59±3.28,P=0.000)、(6.59±3.08 vs 3.96±1.87,P=0.000);对照组和治疗组有效率分别为(42.5%,67.5%,P=0.025)、(65.0%,87.5%,P=0.018)。结论:思然和潇莱威联合卡波姆眼用凝胶应用与单用思然和潇莱威比较治疗减少与LASIK手术相关的重度干眼症状可能更有效。Objective：To evaluate the effects of Polyethylene Glycol,Celluvisc eye drops in combination with Carbomer Eye Gel on relieving the severe symptoms of dry eye after laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis（ LASIK） surgery comparing with Polyethylene Gly-col and Celluvisc eye drops. Methods：80 eyes with the severe symptoms of dry eye 7 days after LASIK operation were randomized to the treatment group received Polyethylene Glycol,Celluvisc eye drops in combination with Carbomer Eye Gel and the control group trea-ted with Polyethylene Glycol and Celluvisc eye drops. Dry eye symptoms,SPEED scores and response rate were observed on the 3rd and 7th. MANOVA of repeated measuring,χ2 trend test and Chi-square were performed for statistical analysis. Results：In the control group and treatment group,SPEED scores of dry eye symptoms were less in the treatment group than that in control group,on the 3rd day（8. 59 ± 3. 36,6. 59 ± 3. 28,P=0. 000）,and 7th day（6. 59 ± 3. 08,3. 96 ± 1. 87,P=0. 000）,respectively. Response rates on the 3rd and 7th day were（42. 5%,67. 5%,P=0. 025）,（65. 0%,87. 5%,P=0. 018）,respectively. Conclusion：Polyethylene Glycol and Cellu-visc eye drops in combination with Carbomer Eye Gel may be more effective to relieve the symptoms of severe dry eye after LASIK com-paring with Polyethylene Glycol and Celluvisc eye drops.
