摘  要:研究了在用离子色谱法测定植物样品中氯含量时,采用沸水直接提取,提取液用过氧化氢消解的前处理方法,并与其它前处理方法进行了比较。本该前处理方法回收率高,在96%~103%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%;和其它方法相比,无显著差异。For the deternimation of chlorine in plant samples using ion chromatography,boiling water extraction was used and the extraction solution was treated with hydrogen peroxide as pretreatment. The results have been compared with other pretreatment methods. The proposed treatment method showed a relatively higher recovery rate( between 96% and 103%) with a relative standard division under 5%. There is no distinguishable difference between other treatment methods. This method was also economic,speedy and suitable to use in large quantity.
