摘  要:试验研究巴克夏猪×藏猪20~65 kg、20~70 kg、20~75 kg、20~80 kg体重阶段的生长性能、胴体品质和肉质,每个体重阶段随机选择8~12头。结果表明,日增重,20~80 kg体重阶段比20~65 kg体重阶段高77.78 g(P〈0.01),20~65 kg体重阶段与20~70 kg体重阶段差异不显著;料重比,20~65 kg体重阶段、20~70 kg体重阶段与20~75 kg体重阶段之间差异不显著,都极显著低于20~80 kg体重阶段(4.69)。各个体重阶段屠宰率均在72%左右,3点平均背膘厚均在38 mm左右,胴体瘦肉率均在54%左右,肌纤维直径均在76μm左右,嫩度均在5900 g左右,肌内脂肪含量均在3.11%~3.25%,差异均不显著。综合考虑,巴克夏×藏猪杂种猪最适宜的屠宰体重为75 kg。In this paper,we made statistical analysis for fattening and carcass performance of Berkshire and Ti-betan pig's hybrids,which slaughtered at 65,70,75,80 kg,to explore the hybridization effect of Berkshire and Ti-betan pigs, randomly selected 8 to 12 in each of the weight stage.The result is that:the ADG at 20~80 kg is 77.78 g than at 20~65 kg weight (P〈0.01);the ADG was not significant at the 20~65 kg weight and 20~70 kg weight;the FCR was significant increase at 80 kg weight (4.69),which was higher than the test target,which were significant higher than all other weights;slaughter rate of each weight were about 72% or so,the average backfat thickness were about 38 mm or so,carcass lean were about 54%,muscle fiber diameter were about 76 μm,tenderness around 5 900 g,and intramuscular fat content were 3.11%~3.25%.In short,meat-performance were well.So we Inferred,this hybrid pigs optimum slaughter weight is 75 kg.
