摘　　要：随着各类职业教育改革的推陈出新，多元化培训模式应运而生，它有效的提升了学生的技能培训质量，提高了学生的综合素质和就业竞争力，为广大交通院校的学生技能培训提供了一个全新的思路。With the development of various types of vocational education reform,the diversification training mode came into being, it effectively improve students＇ skill training, improve the students＇ comprehensive quality andemployment competitiveness, and provides a new wav of thinking for the maioritv of traffic college students skills training.
