摘　　要：目的研究分析血液科住院患者并发医院感染的相关因素和预防对策,为临床减少医院感染提供理论依据。方法选择2012年2月-2013年2月在医院血液科接受住院治疗的患者150例作为研究对象,分析发生医院感染的相关因素,数据采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果发生医院感染52例,感染率34.67%;年龄≥60岁、住院时间≥15d、使用二联抗菌药物、有化疗及有侵入性操作方面为感染因素,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄≥60岁、住院时间≥15d、使用二联抗菌药物、有化疗、有侵入性操作均为患者发生医院感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血液科的住院患者在临床上并发医院感染前应分析相应的危险因素,实施合理的预防对策,最终有效降低医院感染发生率。OBJECTIVE To explore the related factors for complicated infections in hospitalized patients of hematol‐ogy department and put forward the prevention countermeasures so as to provide theoretical basis for reduction of incidence of nosocomial infections .METHODS A total of 150 patients who were hospitalized the department of he‐matology from Feb 2012 to Feb 2013 were recruited as the study objects ,then the related factors for the nosocomi‐al infections were analyzed ,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 13 .0 software . RESULTS The nosocomial infections occurred in 52 cases ,with the infection rate of 34 .67% .The related factors for the infections included the no less than 60 years of age ,length of hospital stay no less than 15 days ,two‐drugs therapy ,chemotherapy ,and invasive operation ,with statistical significance （P〈0 .05） .The no less than 60 years of age ,length of hospital stay no less than 15 days ,two‐drugs therapy ,chemotherapy ,and invasive operation were the independent risk factors for the nosocomial infections （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION It is an effective way to analyze the related risk factors for the nosocomial infections in the hospitalized patients of hematology department and carry out the appropriate prevention countermeasures so as to reduce the incidence of the nosocomial infec‐tions .
