化浊解毒方对浊毒内蕴型反流性食管炎大鼠超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛的影响

摘　　要：目的观察化浊解毒方对浊毒内蕴型反流性食管炎(RE)大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法将60只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、西药组、中药组,每组各15只。除正常组外,其余3组制备RE大鼠模型。造模后正常组、模型组予0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃;西药组按1mL/100 g给予奥美拉唑溶液灌胃;中药组按1 mL/100 g给予化浊解毒方灌胃,共治疗8周。观察大鼠食管黏膜组织病理,检测RE大鼠血清SOD活性、MDA含量。结果西药组、中药组均能改善食管黏膜病理变化,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。西药组、中药组均可降低血清MDA含量、提高SOD活性,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组与西药组大鼠血清SOD活性、MDA含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论化浊解毒方可能是通过降低MDA含量、提高SOD活性,对RE起到治疗作用。Objective To observe the effects of Huazhuo - tongluo formula on superoxide dismutase （SOD） and malondialdehyde （MDA） in reflux esophagitis （RF） rats with Zhuodu - neiyun type. Methods 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） group, 15 rats in each group. Except normal group, RF rats model were induced in other three groups. After model induced, rats in normal and model groups were received 0.9% sodium chloride injection by gavage. Rats in western medicine group were received omeprazole solution （1 mL/100 g）by gavage,and rats in TCM group were re- ceived Huazhuo - jiedu formula （ 1 mL/100 g） by gavage. The course was 8 weeks. Esophageal mucosa pathology was observed in all groups,and the serum SOD activity and MDA content were measured in RF rats. Results The esoph- ageal mucosa pathology was improved in western medicine and TCM groups, as compared with that in model group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The serum MDA content was decreased in western medicine and TCM groups, and the SOD activity was increased, as compared with those in model group, the difference was statistical- ly significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no statistically differences between western medicine and TCM groups on the serum SOD activity and MDA content （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusin Huazhuo - jiedu formula has therapeutic effects on reflux esophagitis may by decrease MDA content and increase SOD activity.
