摘 要:针对侧卸式矿井机车存在的转矩脉动问题,提出一种补偿变频调速控制的电控系统。根据机车的非线性工作条件,采用自适应模糊控制的励磁方案;通过对比空间矢量脉宽调制与正弦脉宽调制2种算法的特点,设计出降低转矩脉动的死区补偿控制策略,基于Matlab/Simulink完成了转矩与电流波形的仿真,证明了该控制策略的可行性。通过静态波形实验得出结论,电控系统中的死区算法使得电流波形光滑,谐波减少,较好地抑制转矩脉动。According to the torque ripple problems of side-unload mine locomotive, one electric control system based on compensating frequency control of motor speed is put forward. Under the nonlinear working conditions, the excitation scheme of adaptive fuzzy control is applied. By the comparing of algorithms between space vector pulse width modulation and sine pulse width modulation, the dead zone compensation control strategy is designed. Based on Matlab/Simulink, the simulation of the torque and current waveform is completed, which proves the feasibility of this control strategy. Through the static wave experiment, it concludes that electronic control system the dead-zone algorithm makes the current waveform smoother, the harmonic reduction less and the torque ripple restraining better.
