品管圈活动在降低新护士针刺伤发生率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在降低神经外科新护士针刺伤发生率中的应用效果。方法通过成立品管圈组织、确定品管圈主题、对神经外科新护士针刺伤发生原因进行调查分析,制定整改措施,并对品管圈活动实施前后的效果进行比较。结果开展品管圈活动后,神经外科新护士针刺伤发生率明显低于开展品管圈活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将品管圈活动应用于降低新护士针刺伤发生率中,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle（QCC） in reducing the inci- dence of needle stick injuries in new nurses of department of neurosurgery.Methods Through the estab- lishment of QCC work group,a QCC theme was set up,the causes of new nurses＇ needle stick injuries were investigated and analyzed, then rectification measures were formulated, and the effect was compared before and after carrying out activities.Results Incidence of new nurses＇ needle stick injuries after carrying out QCC was significantly lower than that of before activities （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Carrying out QCC activities can significantly reduce the incidence of needle stick injuries in new nurses in department of neurosurgery, which is worth for clinical promotion.
