摘 要:目的探讨基于岗位胜任力的岗前培训对提高新入职护士综合能力的效果。方法 2011年10月至2014年12月,便利抽样法选取广州军区广州总医院新入职护士320名为研究对象,按时间先后将其分为对照组和观察组,每组160名。观察组新护士采用基于岗位胜任能力"模块化、阶段化、分级管理"的岗前理论知识与实践能力培训模式,对照组新护士接受常规岗前培训,比较两组新护士培训后的综合能力。结果对照组及观察组培训后笔试中的技术操作、问题发现、问题解决、责任感及价值观、理论实际结合能力等指标,口试中的问题发现、责任感及价值观、配合协调力、沟通能力考核成绩等指标,操作中的技术操作、问题发现、问题解决、沟通能力、理论实际结合能力等指标的考核成绩均较前高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);且治疗后观察组的考核成绩较对照组高,差别均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于岗位胜任力的岗前培训能明显提高新入职护士的理论知识、技术操作、人文素质及综合能力,从而能有效提升护理质量。Objective To study the effects of competency-based pre-job training on improving comprehen- sive ability of newly recruited nurses.Methods Totally 320 cases of newly recruited nurses were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 160 cases in each group.The observation group accepted the training such as pre theoretical knowledge, practical ability through the mode of 'modular, stage, classification management ' which was based on the post competence, while the control group received routine training,the new nurse's comprehensive ability were compared. Results The operation, problem discover, problem solving, sense of responsibility and values, ability of combination of theoretical knowl- edge and actual practice in written test; problem solving,sense of responsibility and values, cooperation co- ordination, communication ability in oral test between two groups, and operation, problem discover, prob- lem solving, communication ability, ability of combination of theoretical knowledge and actual practice score in operation after training were higher than that of before training (all P〈0.05).The test score in ob- servation group after treatment was higher than which in control group (all P〈0.05).Conclusion The competency-based pre-job training can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge, technical operation, humane quality and comprehensive ability of the newly recruited nurses, thus to improve the nursing quali- ty and the patient satisfaction.
