摘　　要：从强调中西结合,狠抓细节;明确治疗目标,综合调节;针对基本病机,通阳除湿;注重分期论治,突出重点四个方面,论述采用中西医结合综合疗法治疗慢性吉兰巴雷综合征的途径与方法。突出中西医结合疗法综合治疗的优势,提高临床治疗的水平。To discuss the approaches and methods of treating chronic guillain-barre syndrome with the comprehensive therapy of integrated traditional and western medicine from four aspects： stressing integrated traditional and western medicine and paying closely attention to details; clearing treatment targets and making comprehensive regulation; activating yang and removing dampness for basic pathogenesis; paying attention to phased treatments based on syndromes and stressing the main points. The advantages of comprehensive therapy with integrated Chinese and western medicine were stressed,so as to improve the level of clinical treatment.
