Gratitude, Helping Tendency and Interpersonal Disturbance in College Students

摘  要:以530名大学生为被试,采用感戴问卷、助人倾向问卷及大学生人际关系综合诊断量表进行问卷调查,探讨感戴对大学生人际关系困扰的影响过程及助人倾向的中介作用机制。结果表明:(1)感戴、助人倾向女大学生得分显著高于男大学生,人际困扰总分及与人交谈、待人接物、异性交往三个因子均是男大学生得分显著高于女大学生;大学生感戴、助人倾向及人际困扰总分、交际交友因子存在显著年级差异。(2)感戴与助人倾向呈显著正相关,与人际关系困扰总分及各因子呈显著负相关。(3)感戴对人际关系困扰有显著的直接效应,助人倾向在感戴与人际关系困扰之间起部分中介作用。This survey was carried out, with 530 college students as interviewee, using gratitude questionnaires, helping tendency questionnaires and comprehensive diagnosis scale of interpersonal relations, discussing the impact of gratitude on interpersonal disturbance in college students and examining the mediation effect of helping tendency. The results showed that: (1) Female college students score was remarkably higher in gratitude and helping tendency than male college students. Male college students score was significantly higher than female college students in interpersonal communication, way of treating people, opposite-gender interaction and the total points of interpersonal disturbance. Gratitude, helping tendency and the total scores of interpersonal disturbance as well as the factor of social association and friend-making differed significantly in grade. (2) Gratitude had significant positive correlation with helping tendency, and had significant negative correlation with the total points of interpersonal disturbances as well as the four factors. (3) Gratitude had evident direct effect on interpersonal disturbance, helping tendency had part of the mediating effect between gratitude and interpersonal disturbance.
