针刺神经干治疗慢性正己烷中毒致周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺神经干触激术治疗慢性正己烷中毒导致周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院收治42例慢性正己烷中毒致周围神经损害的资料,其中神经干触激术组20例,对照组22例基础治疗。统计治疗前后神经病变证候评分,检测神经传导速度等指标判断其3个月后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组在改善麻木、疼痛、多汗等临床神经病变证候方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05);尺神经、正中神经、胫后神经、腓浅神经感觉、运动神经传导速度均较治疗前有明显改善,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);四肢肌力、跟腱反射改善方面与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺神经干触激术治疗慢性正己烷中毒周围神经病变,可有效促进神经康复及肢体功能恢复。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncturing nerve stem on chronic toxic peripheral neuropathy due to n-hexane. Method： The datum of 42 cases of patients with chronic toxic peripheral neuropathy due to n-hexane admitted by our hospital were selected, the group of acupuncturing nerve stem stimulation has 20 cases, and 22 cases in the control group were given basic treatment . The symptom score of neuropathy and never conduction velocity before treatment and 3 months after treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Result： The im- provement of pain, numbness, sweating and other clinical symptoms of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; After the treatment, the sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity of the ul- nar nerve, median nerve, posterior tibial nerve and the superficial sensory nerve were significantly improved, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The improvement of muscle strength and achilles tendon reflex were statistically significant compared with the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion： Acupuncturing nerve stem stimulation can effectively promote the functional recovery of the nerves and limbs in the treatment of chronic toxic peripheral neuropnthy due to n-hexane.
