摘　　要：目的建立北京、河北地区不同品种荆芥挥发油的GC特征图谱。方法 GC-FID法测定挥发油的乙酸乙酯萃取液,并对其进行相似度评价、聚类和主成分分析。结果 40批荆芥样品的GC特征图谱中有10个共有峰,通过欧式距离可归为4类,即中荆1号、中荆2号、安国荆芥和玉田荆芥。结论该图谱能可靠地鉴定荆芥的品种,可用于其质量控制。AIM To establish the GC fingerprint of volatile oil in different varieties of Jingjie（ Schizonepeta tenuifolia [Benth. ] Briq.） cultivated in Beijing City and Hebei Province. METHODS Volatile oil ethyl acetate extract was determined by GC-FID. The similarity evaluation,cluster analysis and principal constituent analysis were then made. RESULTS Ten common chromatographic peaks were obtained from 40 samples,which could be grouped into four categories,including Zhongjing 1,Zhongjing 2,Anguo Jingjie and Yutian Jingjie. CONCLUSION This fingerprint can reliably distinguish different varieties of Jingjie and provide the quality control of this plant.
