B2C模式下葛根药材的显微及TLC特征鉴别

摘　　要：目的对有代表性的购物网站上销量前20位的葛根药材,进行显微及TLC鉴别,初步探讨B2C模式下葛根中药材的质量特点。方法采用显微观察法比较20种葛根药材粉末的显微特征,采用TLC法检测药材中的葛根素。结果 20种葛根药材的显微特征相似,均为正品;采用TLC检测初步说明这两个样品中葛根素的含量较高。结论购物网上所售的20种葛根药材均为正品,但《中国药典》葛根项下包括野葛Uerariae lobatae radix、粉葛P.thomsonii radix,且两者活性成分的含量及临床应用各有不同。该研究可初步指示B2C模式下葛根药材存在的质量问题。OBJECTIVE To use micro - identity and TLC to identify authenticity and variety of Pueraria crude drugs which were in the top 20 ranking on the sales list from representative shopping websites, and to preliminarily study the quality trait of Pueraria crude drugs based on B2C mode. METHODS The micro - characteristics of the crude drug powder of the 20 samples were compared and puerarin in the crude drugs was identified by TLC. RESULTS The micro - characteristics of the 20 samples were similar, which indi- cated that they were authentic ; the TLC indicated that the content of puerarin of the two samples were quite high. CONCLUSION The 20 kinds of Pueraria crude drugs from the shopping websites are all authentic,but there are two varietis recorded in Chp 20101Uerariae lobatae radix and P. thomsonii radix ,two of which are different in the content of active ingredients and clinical use. The research results provide preliminary instructions for quality problems of Pueraria crude drugs based on B2C mode.
