摘 要:大型氦气工程试验回路(Helium Test Loop,HTL)是为高温气冷堆关键技术设备的工程验证和热工性能试验而建立的一套回路系统。HTL回路运行介质为高温、高压、高纯度的氦气,易泄漏,对回路中设备、管路、阀门提出了很高的密封要求。现有的单一检漏方法都不适用于HTL回路管路系统的泄漏检测,本文针对不同类型待测漏点构建了合理的检漏系统,采用了氦质谱真空检漏法、氦质谱正压检漏法、压力变化法、气泡检漏法相结合并互为补充的方法。讨论了各方法系统构成,应用范围及检测结果。通过检漏结果对回路管道系统进行了修正,以保证回路运行过程中的泄漏率可以满足要求。The helium test loop (HTL) is under construction for the engineering verification test and thermodynamic engineering performance test of the key equipment of high temperature gas cooled reactor (HTR). The operation medium of HTL is helium with high temperature, pressure and purity, which is very easy to leak. Therefore, good sealing property is very important for all the equipment, pipelines, and valves in HTL. The leak detection technologies of the helium test loop (HTL) were studied in this paper. Single leak detection method was not adequate for the leak detection of HTL. Appropriate leak detection systems were constituted for various leak points. Leak detection methods including the helium mass spectrum vacuum leak detection method, helium mass spectrum positive pressure leak detection method, pressure leak test method and the bubble method detection, which were combined with each other and supplement to each other, were applied to detect and remove the leak points in HTL. The system constitution, applied range, and test results were discussed. The leak points detected were repaired properly, which ensured that the leakage rate could meet requirements.
