替莫唑胺对比传统化疗药治疗高级别脑胶质瘤的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨与其他传统化疗药物相比,替莫唑胺用于治疗高级别脑胶质瘤的临床效果。方法:选取高级别脑胶质瘤患者100例,根据其治疗方案不同将其分为3组。A组35例,给予替莫唑胺治疗;B组31例,给予司莫司汀治疗;C组34例,给予尼莫司汀治疗。对三组患者治疗效果进行评价。结果:A组患者完全缓解率、部分缓解率以及总有效率分别为8.57%、37.14%和45.71%,B组患者分别为0、12.90%和12.90%,C组患者分别为2.94%、23.53%和26.47%,A组患者治疗效果明显优于B、C两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与其他传统化疗药物相比,替莫唑胺用于治疗高级别脑胶质瘤效果更好,患者的完全缓解率、总有效率均可得到明显提高,在条件允许的情况下可以将替莫唑胺作为首选的药物进行应用。Objective：To study the effect of traditional chemotherapy and temozolomide for the treatment of high-grade gliomas. Methods：All 100 cases of high-grade brain glioma patients,were divided into three groups：Group A 35 patients received temozolomide treatment,31 cases of group B were given semustine therapy,group C 34 patients received treatment nimustine. Results：In group A complete remission ,partial remission rate and the total effective rate were 8. 57%,37. 14% and 45. 71%,respectively. In group B 0,12. 90% and 12. 90%,group C were 2. 94%, 23. 53% and 26. 47%,the treatment effect of A was significantly better than in group B,C groups,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0. 05）. Conclusion：Compared with other traditional chemotherapy drugs,temozolomide for the treatment of high-grade gliomas is better,the complete remission rate can be significantly improved.
