摘　　要：雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)阳性乳腺癌占所有乳腺癌约70%左右,这类乳腺癌被称为管腔型(Luminal)乳腺癌。与Luminal-A型乳腺癌相比,Luminal-B型乳腺癌ER表达整体水平低,组织学分级高,对内分泌治疗抵抗,预后较差。尽管如此,无论基础还是临床研究,对Luminal-B型乳腺癌的关注度还是不够,仍有很多问题尚未阐明。本文旨在对近年来有关Luminal-B型乳腺癌的基因表达特点和相关分子通路特征等方面进行综述,为后续深入探寻Luminal-B型乳腺癌的病因和治疗策略提供一定的理论基础。Estrogen receptor（ ER）positive breast cancer accounts for about 70% of all breast cancers and these breast cancers are called luminal breast cancers. Compared with Luminal-A breast cancer,Luminal-B has lower ER expression levels,higher histological grade,and worse prognosis and is resistant for endocrine therapy. However,it has less concerned for Luminal-B breast cancer in clinical or basic study and it has so many unknown points. The aims of this study are to review genetic characters and molecular signaling pathways of Luminal-B breast cancer and to build many basic evidences for clarifying the cause of disease and therapeutic methods of Luminal-B breast cancer.
