摘　　要：目的通过现象学研究,探索极低出生体重早产儿家长院外育儿体验、心理历程和护理需求。方法采用半结构式深度访谈和观察法,对12名极低出生体重早产儿家长进行质性访谈,借助Nvivo 8软件,应用Colaizzi分析法和合众法对访谈内容进行整理与主题分析。结果家长承受着巨大的心理压力、社会冲击和经济负担,对院外育儿充满挫败、无助和担忧感,对极低出生体重早产儿远期生活质量的认识出现偏差,对延续性护理的认识不足。结论护理人员应对家长进行个性化的心理护理、社会支持干预和育儿知识结构优化。Objective To explore the parenting experience, psychological process and nursing needs out of hospital in very low birth weight premature infants through phenomenological research. Methods Semi-structured in-depth interview and observation method were adopted to conduct qualitative interview with 12 parents of very low birth weight premature infants. The content of the interview was sor- ted and analyzed by Colaizzi analytical method and Triangulation method using Nvivo 8 software. Results Parents were under huge psycho- logical stress, social impact, and financial burden. They were full of frustration, helplessness, and anxiety when faced with out-hospital par- enting. There were deviations from the parents＇ understanding of infants＇ long-term life quality, and lack of acknowledge on continuous nurs- ing. Conclusion The nursing staff should provide individually psychological nursing, social support intervention, and optimized structure of parenting knowledge for parents.
