泉州地区托幼机构儿童饮食行为及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨泉州地区托幼机构儿童的饮食行为状况及影响因素。方法分层整群随机抽取泉州地区8所托幼机构1 804名儿童,采用自行设计的《儿童饮食行为问卷》进行调查,所得资料采用单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果泉州地区托幼机构儿童进餐规律性较好,不良进餐习惯的发生率较高,38.9%的儿童需家长喂饭。大部分儿童的膳食结构较为均衡,20.6%的家长进餐时经常教育批评儿童,21.9%的家长因儿童吃饭不好而对其发脾气。父母亲文化程度、职业及进餐氛围影响儿童饮食行为。结论儿童饮食行为问题普遍存在,不同地区儿童饮食行为状况不尽相同。泉州地区托幼机构儿童饮食行为表现为进餐规律性和平衡饮食较好,而进餐习惯、进餐氛围方面尚有欠缺。儿童饮食行为与家庭环境密切相关。Objective To explore dietary behavior and influencing factors in children from kindergartens in Quanzhou region. Methods A total of 1 804 children were selected from eight kindergartens in Quanzhou region by stratified cluster random sampling method, a self-designed Children＇s Eating Behaviour Questionnaire was used to survey the children, the data was analyzed by univariate and multivari- ate Logistic regression analysis. Results The dietary regularity of the children in Quanzhou kindergartens was good, the incidence rate of bad eating habits was relatively high, 38.9% of the children needed adult-feeding. Most of the children＇s dietary structure was rather bal- anced; 20. 6% of the parents often educated and criticized their children during meals, 21.9% of the parents lost temper for children＇s bad eating habits. Parents＂ educational level, occupation, and dining atmosphere affected children＇s eating behavior. Conclusion Children＇s eating behavior problems commonly exist with different situations in different areas. Children＇s eating behavior in kindergartens of Quanzhou region is characterized by better eating regularity and a balanced diet. Nevertheless, there are deficiencies in eating habits and dining atmos- phere. Children＇s eating behavior is closely related to family environment.
