摘 要:为了指导高模量沥青混凝土的设计和应用,采用简单性能试验机(SPT)测试了两种不同掺加剂(ZQ-2和ECB)的高模量改性沥青混合料的动态模量,根据时间-温度置换原理,利用非线性最小二乘法拟合得到了参考温度下的动态模量主曲线,并应用其预测了两种高模量沥青混合料的高低温性能,最后与抗压回弹模量进行对比分析。结果表明:高模量沥青混合料的动态模量依赖温度和频率的变化;ZQ-2高模量沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能和低温抗变形能力均优于ECB高模量沥青混合料;抗压回弹模量对应于频率较低时(0.01-0.1 Hz)的动态模量,采用动态模量进行沥青路面设计更合理科学。In order to guide the design and application of high modulus asphalt concrete, the dynamic moduli of 2 types of high modulus asphalt mixture modified with ZQ -2 and ECB respectively are tested by simple performance tester (SPT). According to the time-temperature displacement principle, the dynamic modulus master curves of high modulus asphalt mixture at reference temperature are obtained through non-linear least squares regression analysis, and the master curves are used to predict the high and low temperature performance of the 2 kinds of asphalt mixture. Contrastive analysis on their compressive resilient moduli are conducted at last. The result shows that ( 1 ) the dynamic modulus of high modulus asphalt mixture is dependent on the change of temperature and frequency; (2) the high temperature rutting resistance and low temperature non-deformability of high modulus asphalt mixture modified by ZQ -2 are both superior to those of ECB; (3) the compressive resilient modulus corresponds to the dynamic modulus at low frequency (0. 01 0. 1 Hz), it is more reasonable and scientific to apply dynamic modulus for design of asphalt pavement.
