胃癌根治术后养正消积胶囊联合ZELOX方案化疗对患者生存质量及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察胃癌根治术后患者化疗同时联合养正消积胶囊对生存质量及免疫功能的影响。方法:将80例胃癌术后的患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例,在化疗的同时给予口服养正消积胶囊,对照组40例单纯进行化疗,观察两组消化道反应、白细胞减少、化疗完成率、焦虑抑郁、KPS评分及CD4/CD8的水平。结果:治疗组消化道反应率为20.0%,对照组消化道反应率为37.5%,两组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组白细胞减少率为12.5%,对照组白细胞减少率为25.0%,两组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组化疗完成率为95.0%,对照组化疗完成率为75.0%,两组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组焦虑/抑郁率为12.5%,对照组为25.0%,两组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组KPS评分≥60分的比例为87.5%,对照组为70.0%,两组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组CD4/CD8显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:胃癌术后化疗联合中药治疗,可减轻患者化疗毒副反应,提高生存质量及免疫功能。Objective：To observe the quality of life and immunity function in patients with gastric carcinoma trea-ted by combination of tradition Chinese medicine,chemotherapy and single chemotherapy.Methods：All 80 post oper-ative patients were randomly divided into two groups;40 patients in chemotherapy group treated by only chemothera-py,40 patients in treatment group were treated by combination of tradition Chinese medicine and chemotherapy.Re-sults：React of alimentary,lukocyte reduce,anxiety and /or blues in chemotherapy plus tradition chinese group was lower than that in single chemotherapy group（P 〈0.01 ）.KPS,chemotherapy complete rate,level of CD4 /CD8 in treatment group was higher than that control groups（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion：The traditional Chinese medicine plus chemotherapy can significantly decrease side reactions of chemetherapy,enhance patient quality of life and immunity function.
