摘 要:以高岭土为模型填料,采用分光光度法测定助留剂的性能,并研究该方法的可靠性。结果表明:在550 nm波长下,高岭土悬浊液吸光值与浓度呈线形关系,且纸浆滤液中细小纤维对吸光值干扰较小;该方法对聚合氯化铝(PAC)、阳离子淀粉(CS)、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)的助留性能测试结果与传统灼烧法结果基本一致。Using kaolin as filler model, the properties of retention aids were tested by spectrophotometry, and the reliability of this method was studied. The calibration curve showed that there was a linear relationship between the absorption values at 550 nm and the mass fraction of kaolin suspensions, the fines of pulp filtrate had less effect on the absorption values, The retention properties of poly aluminum chloride, cationic starch and cationic polyacrylamide were tested by spectrophotometry, and the results were nearly in accord with combustion method.
