摘　　要：随着移动设备的广泛普及,移动学习的日益频繁,人们使用移动终端的频率越来越高。图书馆门户网站需要进行积极变革,构建一种能够在各种移动设备上都有良好用户体验的新型图书馆门户。实践证明,利用响应式设计技术,图书馆门户网站能够在各种移动设备环境下都有良好表现。With the popularity of mobile devices and mobile learning, mobile terminals are used with increasing frequency. Therefore, library portals need for positive changes to provide a good user experience on a variety of mobile devices. Practice has proven that library portal sites which employ responsive design technology have a good performance in a variety of mobile devices simultaneously.
