摘 要:为了提高纳米纤维的产量,利用气泡破裂形成多射流的原理,设计了一种多喷头喷气静电纺制备连续有捻的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)纳米纤维包芯纱装置.通过双重共轭静电纺的原理集聚纳米纤维,利用金属喇叭的旋转对纳米纤维加捻并包缠在芯纱表面.制备了以粘胶束为芯纱外包PVDF纳米纤维的纳米纤维包芯纱,并研究了该纱线的形貌、力学性能和疏水性能.结果显示,PVDF纳米纤维在芯纱表面包覆比较均匀,且包覆在芯纱表面的纤维有较好的取向和均匀的捻回分布.PVDF纳米纤维包芯纱的力学性能较之芯纱显著提高,断裂强度和伸长率分别达到30.82MPa和19.81%,且具有良好的疏水性,表面接触角达到150°.An multi‐nozzle air jet electro‐spinning device for fabricating continuously twisted vis‐cose filament/polyinylidenefluorid (PVDF) nanofiber core‐spun yarn was designed to signifi‐cantly improve nanofiber production based on the theory that solution bubble is broken to form multiple jet flows .Nanofibers ejected from multiple nozzles were gathered and bundled by con‐jugate electro‐spinning ,and then twisted on the surface of core filament yarn through the rota‐ting of metal funnel .The core‐spun yarn of viscose filament coated by PVDF nanofibers were prepared and the morphology ,mechanical property and hydrophobic property of the yarn w ere analyzed .T he results show s that PVDF nanofibers are coated on core filament surface perfectly with good orientation and uniform twist distribution .In addition ,the mechanical property of yarn has a significant improvement through coating twisted PVDF nanofeibers ,and the stress and strain increases from 19.39M Pa and 15.83% to 30.82M Pa and 19.81% , respectively . Lastly ,PVDF nanofiber core‐spun yarn has good hydrophobicity with 150° surface contact an‐g le .
