长链非编码RNA-CASC11在结直肠癌中表达下调预示不良预后

摘　　要：目的本研究对人结直肠癌中长链非编码RNA-CASC11的表达情况进行检测，同时分析其表达水平与临床病理因素之间的关系，探讨CASC11在结直肠癌诊断、预后分析等方面的临床意义和价值。方法运用qRT．PCR检测76对结直肠癌及癌旁正常组织中CASC11的表达水平。通过Logistic回归和Log-Rank方法分别分析其表达水平与临床病理因素和预后的关系。结果发现CASC11在结直肠癌组织中存在明显的表达下调（P=0．001），并且与肿瘤转移存在负相关（P=0．037，OR=0．321）。同时CASC11的低表达患者表现出更差的预后（P=0．017）。结论结直肠癌中CASC11的表达下调预示不良预后。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the expression of long non-coding RNA （ lncRNA ） CASC11 in colorectal cancer （ CRC ） tissues, and to determine its correlation with clini- copathological characteristics and its impact on patient prognosis. Methods The expression of CASCll was detected by qRT-PCR in 76 pairs of CRC tissues. Relationship between the expression level of CASCll and various clinicopathological features and prognosis of CRC were analyzed by logistic regress and log-rank, respectively. Results Our results showed that CASC11 was down-regulated in colorectal canc- er （ P = 0. 001 ） , and the expression of CASCll was strongly associated with metastasis （ P = 0. 037, OR＇=O. 321 ）. Patients with CASCll down-regulation had lower overall survival rate than those with high CASCll expression （P = 0.017 ）. Conclusion The down-regulation of CASC11 may represent a novel and potentially independent biomarker for the prognosis of CRC patients.
