摘　　要："学业导航计划"正被越来越多的高校推广实施,导航学长的选拔标准高,选出优秀高年级学生,经过培训后,通过导航准备,能对低年级学生开展学习、生活等多方面的指导。导航既能加强高低年级学生之间的沟通交流,提升低年级学生适应大学生活的能力,又能锻炼导航学长自身,有利于传承高校校园文化。但是,"学业导航计划"仍存在诸多不足,需要改进。The ＂academic navigation plan＂ is promoted the implementation by a growing number of colleges and universities. Navigation can strengthen the communication between high and low grade students, improve junior students＇ability to adapt to college life, and can exercise the navigation students in itself, is advantageous to the college campus culture. However, there are still many deficiencies of the academic navigation plan, needs to be improved.
