多元化战略对企业技术能力的影响研究

摘　　要：以我国138家制造类上市公司作为研究样本,通过收集样本公司2006~2012年的相关数据,并运用层次分析和多元回归分析的方法探讨了企业多元化战略与企业技术能力之间的关系以及企业的研发强度对该关系的调节作用。实证研究显示：多元化战略不利于企业技术能力的提升;增加研发投入可以削弱多元化战略给企业技术能力带来的不利影响。This paper takes 138 Chinese manufacturing listed companies as sample. By collecting data from 2006 to 2012, and using the method of hierarchical analysis and multiple regression analysis, it discusses the relationship between diversi- fication strategy and technical capabilities. It also tests the moderating effect of R＆D intensity on this relationship. Results show that diversification strategy is not conducive to enhance corporate technical capabilities, R＆D intensity has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between diversification strategy and technical capabilities.
