摘　　要：图书馆是为弱势群体提供公共信息服务的主要机构,图书馆要充分保障弱势群体的公共信息权益,具体而言,弱势群体公共信息权益保障可以从政策保障、管理保障、资源保障和服务保障四个方面来操作。Library is the main organization of providing public information service for vulnerable groups. Library should fully protect the rights and interests of public information for vulnerable group. The protection of vulnerable group＇s public information rights can be safeguarded from four aspects on policy guarantee, management guarantee, resource guarantee and service guarantee.
