摘　　要：从铁路物流网络承载能力、铁路物流流程管控能力、铁路物流组织协调能力3个方面论述铁路物流能力的含义,提出铁路物流能力的理论基础包括铁路物流网络、铁路物流流程、铁路物流组织。结合铁路物流发展现状和改革趋势,提出构建铁路物流大网络、加强铁路物流流程管控建设、提升铁路物流组织能力是提升铁路物流能力的主要路径,为铁路物流转型发展提供参考。From 3 aspects such as the carrying capacity of railway logistic network, the control capacity of railway logistic process and the coordinate capacity of railway logistic organization, this paper expounds the concept of railway logistic capacity and puts forward theoretical basis of the capacity including railway logistic network, railway logistic process and railway logistic organization. Combining with development status and reform trend of railway logistics, the paper puts forward the main approaches of increasing railway logistic capacity are establishing railway logistic large network, strengthening control and establishment of railway logistic process and increasing the capacity of railway logistic organization, all of these could provide reference for transfer and development of railway logistics.
