摘 要:目的研究改良的DASH膳食对原发性高血压病的干预效果及生命质量的影响。方法将深圳市福田区社区慢性病管理平台的100例原发性高血压患者随机分为对照组和干预组,其中对照组54例,干预组46例。对照组在延续以往的饮食及服药习惯的同时,给予日常的健康教育,干预组在服药及日常健康教育的基础上,强调遵照DASH膳食。比较两组在干预前后的血压及生命质量改变。结果通过改良的DASH膳食干预1年后,患者的血压均有不同程度的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且随着干预时间的延长,血压下降越明显。干预组PF、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH较干预前均有明显的改善(P<0.05),干预组PF、VT、SF、RE、MH较对照组有明显的提高(P<0.05)。结论改良的DASH膳食可有效降低原发性高血压患者的血压,提高其生命质量。Objective To study the effectiveness of modified Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension(DASH) diet in control- ling blood pressure and improving quality of life in essential hypertension patients. Methods One hundred essential hyperten- sion patients from community- based chronic disease management platform in Futian District, Shenzhen City were randomly divided into the control group (n = 54) and the intervention group (n = 46). The control group was given with daily health education in the continuation of the previous diet and medication habit. The intervention group was given with the DASH diet on the basis of daily medication and health education. The changes in blood pressure and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The patients' bkxxt pressure was improved after 1 - year intervention with the DASH diet, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01) ; moreover, blood pressure decreased obviously with the prolonged intervention time. PF, GH, VT, SF, RE and MH of the intervention group were significantly improved after 1 - year intervention (P〈0.05). As compared with the control group, PF, VT, SF, RE and MH of the intervention group were significantly improved (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Modified DASH diet can effectively reduce essential hypertension patients' blood pressure and improve their quality of life.
