摘　　要：本研究以安徽医科大学临床医学院为例,对现阶段医学独立学院本科专业改革的工作开展的优劣势、机会与威胁进行分析,并根据工作经验及教育原理对独立医学院专业改革工作提出"把握时局,加大改革力度、保障实施成效"和"创造机遇,克服自身弱点,化解外部威胁,促进改革成效,形成专业改革新体系"两点启示。In clinical college of anhui medical university, for example, the analysis of advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the work of medical independent college undergraduate course. According to the principle of education and work experience, we proposed two inspirations of“grasp the situation, increase the intensity of reform, ensure implementation effect”and“creating opportunities, overcome their own weaknesses, dissolve the external threat, promote the reform, get into the new system of professional reform”.
