多库酯钠片改善孕产妇通便行为的多中心临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究多库酯钠片辅以适度活动治疗孕产妇便秘的临床疗效。方法将120例孕产妇随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组:口服多库酯钠片并辅以适度活动;对照组:不使用药物,仅生活调理。治疗过程中及结束后各随访一次。结果用药后各时间点排便困难感、大便次数试验组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),用药后大便性状两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.2582)。用药1周后,试验组总有效率为97.30%;对照组总有效率为78.57%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.0006)。用药2周后(试验组vs对照组:98.39%vs 80.00%,P=0.0034)、用药结束(试验组vs对照组:98.63%vs 77.55%,P=0.0004)两组总有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多库酯钠片辅以适度活动对治疗孕产妇便秘有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of Docusate sodium tablets （DST） with moderate physical ac- tivities in pregnant women and puerpera of constipation. Methods The 120 cases of pregnant women and puerpera were randomly divided into DST group and control group. DST group was given oral DST and moderate activities; control group was without drugs, only regular life. Follow-up was given in the middle of trial and at the end of treatment. Re- sults Bowel problems and stool frequency were statistically significant between the DST group and the control group at each time point after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ） , stool property after treatment was not statistically significant （P = 0. 2582）. After 1 week treatment, Total effective rates were 97.30% and 78.57% in the DST group and control group, the differ- ence was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference was statistically significant between two groups after 2 weeks treatment （DST vs control group： 98.39% vs 80.00% , P = 0. 0034） and at the end of treatment （DST group vs control group ： 98.63% vs 77.55 % , P = 0. 0004）. Conclusion The curative efficacy of DST with moderate physical activities in pregnant women and puerpera of constipation is good.
