摘　　要：实现流动劳动力跨省异地就医不仅对于促进医保制度的健康发展有重要理论意义,而且对于解决流动劳动力的实际需求、缓解流动劳动力看病难及就医难问题有现实价值。本文分析了实现流动劳动力跨省异地就医的必要性,从结算模式、技术手段和实施政策方面探讨了省内异地就医对实现跨省异地就医的基础性作用,及跨省异地就医的实现基础。The realization of inter -provincial remote medical treatment of floating labor force is not only of great theoretical significance for the healthy development of health insurance system but also of realistic value for meeting the actual demands of floating labor force and relieving the difficulty of floating labor force in receiving medical services .In this study , we analyzed the necessity of the realization of inter -provincial remote medical treatment of floating labor force , discussed the fundamental role of provincial remote medical treatment in the realization of inter -provincial remote medical treatment of floating labor force from the perspectives of settlement mode , technological skills and policy implementation , and investigated the realization foundation of inter -provincial remote medical treatment .
