摘　　要：目的:通过介绍B超机的检测原理及方法、分析检测过程中发现的问题,改进检测方法,以提高检测结果的准确性。方法:检测临床上使用的B超机,分析B超机准确度的影响因素,总结检测环节中应注意的问题。结果:通过分析B超机的电气特性和探测深度、分辨率、几何位置示值误差以及囊性病灶直径误差等重要参数,诊断B超机的正常工作、发射和接收声能的情况,以提高检测结果的可靠性。结论:在B超机的质量控制中必须严格执行检定规程,注重排除B超机准确度的各种影响因素,确保检测结果的可靠性,为患者提供良好的服务。Objective： By analyzing the testing principle, method of ultrasound machine and the problems found during the inspection process, improved detection methods to improve the accuracy of the test results. Method： By detecting the clinical use of ultrasound machine, analyzed factors that influence the accuracy of ultrasound machine and summarized the problems that should be paid attention to in test link to improve the reliability of test results. Results： Through the analysis of the electrical characteristics of ultrasound machine and important parameters： the detection depth, resolution, indicating error of geometric location and diameter error of cystic focal ,diagnosed the situation of the normal work and transmit and receive sound energy of ultrasound machine to improve the reliability of test results. Conclusion： Ultrasound machin-e quality control is very important .To ensure the reliability of the test results and provide good service for the patient must strictly perform the verification regulation and Eliminate the factors of affect accuracy.
