社区卫生人员敬业度现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解社区卫生人员敬业度状况及其影响因素。方法自行编制"社区卫生人员敬业度量表",采用多阶段抽样方法,在广州市5个社区卫生服务中心抽取174名社区卫生人员进行自填式问卷调查。结果社区卫生人员敬业度水平为"很高","较高","一般"和"较低"的比例分别为18.4%,51.7%,28.7%和1.2%,敬业度得分平均值为48.58±7.09;各维度每项目得分均值按高低顺序依次为:专注工作、团队意识、奉献精神和心理认同;不同年龄、学历、职称、收入和工龄的社区卫生人员敬业度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同工作满意度等级的社区卫生人员敬业度差异均有统计学意义(所有P<0.05),满意度越高,其敬业度水平越高。结论被调查的社区卫生人员敬业度水平总体较高,年龄、学历、职称、收入、工龄及工作满意度是社区卫生人员敬业度的影响因素。Objective The study aimed to assess the current situation of work engagement and the influencing factors among community healthcare personnel. Methods A total of 174 community healthcare personnel were selected from 5 community health service centers in Guangzhou by multistage sampling and were asked to fill out a self-designed Work Engagement Scale for Community Healthcare Personnel. Results Work engagement levels of the community healthcare personnel were divided into very high（18.4%）, high（51.7%）, medium（28.7%）, and low（1.2%）. The average score on work engagement was 48.58±7.09. Ranking of the average scores on each of the dimensions from high to low was focus, team spirit, dedication, and mental identification. Work engagement among community healthcare personnel varied with age, educational level, professional title, income, and length of work year（P〈0.05）. Work engagement level also varied with job satisfaction（P〈0.05）; the higher the level of satisfaction, the higher level of work engagement the personnel are. Conclusion Overall level of work engagement among the surveyed community healthcare personnel is high. Age, educational level, professional title, income, length of work year, and job satisfaction level are the influencing factors for work engagement among the community healthcare personnel.
