摘　　要：神经降压素是一种由13个氨基酸残基构成的肽类物质,自1973年被首次发现以来,在生物和医学的众多领域中一直备受关注。在外周系统中,神经降压素主要发挥胃肠激素的作用;在中枢神经系统中,神经降压素作为一种多功能的神经递质或神经调质,与多种神经精神疾病相关。本文对神经降压素系统的一般特征及其与精神分裂症之间关系的动物实验和临床研究进展进行综述。Neurotensin（NT） is a peptide consisting of 13 amino acid residues. Since its first discovery in 1973, NT has been a main interest of the biological and medical fields. NT acts as a gastrointestinal hormone in the peripheral system and as a multifunctional neurotransmitter or neuromodulator in the central nervous system（CNS）; it is also associated with various neuropsychiatric disorders.The present article reviewed the general characteristics of NT and the progress in the correlation between NT and schizophrenia in animal experiments and clinical studies.
