血清TK1在胃癌、肺癌、结肠癌及健康人群中的表达差异及临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的:研究血清胸苷激酶1(TK1)水平在胃癌、肺癌、结肠癌、健康人群中的变化情况,以判断其临床诊断价值。方法:以酶免疫点印迹化学发光检测某院68例胃癌、162例肺癌、65例结肠癌、28例良性肿瘤、109例红斑狼疮、15癌前病变及600例健康人群的TK1水平,分别比较上述几组的水平差异,并观察临床分型、病理类型、转移等因素对其水平影响。结果:胃癌、肺癌、结肠癌患者TK1值分别为(3.53±1.31)pmol/L、(2.11±0.84)pmol/L、(2.49±1.23)pmol/L与健康人群(0.80±0.20)pmol/L比较显著较高(P<0.05);随分期增高TK1水平也呈递增趋势,且大细胞癌水平高于腺癌及鳞癌,发生转移的TK1水平较高,比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清TK1在胃癌、肺癌、结肠癌的早期诊断中具有较高的检测价值,需引起临床重视。Objective:To research of the level of serum TK1 in Population with gastric carcinoma,lung cancer ,colon cancer and healthy people and determine its clinical diagnostic value.Methods:Detect the TK1 level of 68 cases of gastric carcinoma,162 cases of lung cancer,65 cases of colon cancer,28 cases of benign tumor ,109 cases of lupus erythematosus,15 cases of precancus lesion in a hospital and 600 healthy persons respectively ,compare the differences among the cases above in TK1 level and observe the influence of clinical classification,pathological type,transfer and other factors on it.Results:The TK1 value of patients with gas-tric carcinoma,lung cancer and colon cancer was (3.53±1.31)pmol/L,(2.11±0.84)pmol/L,(2.49±1.23) pmol/L respectively ,which were higher than that of the healthy persons((0.80±0.20)pmol/L).The level of TK1 would increase progressively with the going up the stage.And the level of large cell carcinoma was high-er than that of adencarcinoma and squamous carcinoma and TK1 level of those transferred was higher,and it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Serum TK1 is of great detection value for the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma,lung cancer and colon cancer in the early stage,clinically,attention shall be paid to it.
