阶层固化趋势下的教育层级化研究

摘　　要：阶层固化凸显了社会发展的问题性意义:先赋性因素在社会流动中的作用逐渐强化,破坏了各阶层间循环流动的道路。作为一种维持社会秩序及获取社会地位的重要资源与手段,教育势必成为各个阶层争夺的对象,而教育的层级化则是阶层固化态势的必然结果。在分析阶层固化含义及其本质的基础上,探析阶层固化趋势对教育层级化的影响,如教育起点的失衡化、教育过程的层次化、教育结果的差异化,从打破权利垄断和关系牢笼、完善法律体制方面提出解决策略。Class solidification highlights the troubling significance of social development and the gradually enhancing role of ascribed factors in social mobility,which destroying the circulation flow among the classes.Education as an important kind of resources and means to maintain the social order and achieve the social status,inevitably becomes the object all classes compete for;And the hierarchy of education would be the inevitable result of class solidifica-tion.On the basis of analyzing the meaning and nature of class solidification,the paper explores the impact of class solidification on the hierarchy of education,such as the imbalance of education starting,the hierarchical education process,and the differentiation of education results,and put forward the solving strategy from prison break the mo-nopoly and relation ships,perfeot the legal system.
