摘　　要：根据复合创新型人才的知识结构和能力特点,结合园艺专业特点及园艺产业发展的需求,在前期调研的基础上,确定了园艺专业复合创新型人才培养的目标与定位,构建了课程体系,并从师资、教学手段与方式等方面提出了复合创新型人才培养的保障条件。According to the compound knowledge structure and ability characteristics of innovative talents,combined with gardening professional characteristics and the needs of the development of the horticultural industry on the basis of previous research,identify the gardening specialty compound innovative talents training target and positioning, build the curriculum system,and put forward from the teachers,teaching means and methods of the composite secur-ity conditions of innovative personnel training.
