摘 要:目的探究初中生生活事件多维评定问卷的实证效度,为问卷的推广应用提供科学依据。方法采用中学生生活事件多维评定问卷、儿童抑郁症状障碍自评量表、儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表、青少年学校生活满意度问卷,对绍兴市2所初中的3 197名学生进行问卷调查。采用Pearson相关系数法、t检验、χ2检验、多因素Logistic回归模型分析应激性生活事件与心理健康指标间的关联性。结果绍兴市初中生应激性生活事件与抑郁、焦虑、学校生活满意度的相关系数分别为0.404,0.481,-0.468(P值均〈0.01)。学生抑郁焦虑症状的评分和阳性检出率均表现为应激水平高风险组高于低风险组,而学校生活满意度评分和检出率则是相反(P值均〈0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高风险应激性生活事件是中学生抑郁、焦虑和学校生活不满意的危险因素,OR值(OR值95%CI)分别为3.258(2.738~3.876),5.352(4.400~6.511),3.414(2.851~4.088)。结论中学生生活事件多维评定问卷具有良好的实证效度,可作为评价中学生应激性生活事件的有效工具。Objective To assess the empirical validity of Multidimensional Life Events Rating Questionnaire for Middle School Students ( MLERQ}. Methods A total of 3 197 boys and girls were recruited from 2 middle schools in Shaoxing City. The MLERQ, Depression Self-rating Scale for Children (DSRSC) and Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders ( SCARED ) were used to assess mental health status, while school life satisfaction was evaluated by the School Life Satisfaction Rating Questionnaire for Adolescents (SLSRQA), and the data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and multivariate logistic re- gression models. Results The Pearson correlation coemcients between stressful life events and depression, anxiety, school life sat- isfaction was 0.404, 0.481, -0.468(P〈0.01 ), respectively. The result showed that symptoms score and the prevalence of depres- sion and anxiety was higher in high stressful group than low stressful group, however it was opposite in school life satisfaction ( P〈 0.01 ). The multivariate logistic regression showed that high stressful life events were risk factor for depression, anxiety and dissatis- faction of school life(OR= 3.258, 95%CI= 2.738-3.876; OR= 5.352, 95%CI= 4.400-6.511 and OR = 3.414, 95%CI= 2.851- 4.088). Conclusion The empirical validity of the MLERQ is acceptable and could serve as effective tool in evaluating life events of middle school students.
