摘  要:目的了解上海市小学生静态行为现状,为探讨静态行为与儿童超重肥胖的关系提供参考。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,随机抽取上海市中心城区和郊区各1个行政区共6所小学,对入选学校的1 511名一、二年级在校小学生进行身高、体重的测量并计算体质量指数(BMI)和超重肥胖率,通过学生家长自填问卷采集学生静态行为时间。结果上海市小学生上学日总静态行为时间为(7.30±3.02)h/d。不论是上学日或周末,小学生课余花费时间最多的静态行为是写作业/看书、看电视。经多因素Logistic回归分析,在校正了性别、年龄、饭量、身体活动时间、睡眠时间的影响后,上学日写作业/看书时间每增加1 h,小学生超重肥胖的危险增加13%(OR=1.13,95%CI=1.01~1.26)。以BMI为因变量进行多重线性回归,在校正了性别、年龄、饭量、身体活动时间、睡眠时间的影响后发现,上学日写作业/看书时间越长,上学日玩计算机时间越长,上学日弹钢琴时间越长,BMI越大(偏回归系数分别为0.18,1.03,3.01,P值均〈0.01)。结论上学日写作业/看书和玩计算机可能与上海市小学生超重肥胖相关。Objective To identify sedentary behaviors and its association with overweight and obesity among primary school students in Shanghai. Methods A total of 1 511 students of grade one and two were selected from 6 primary schools in one urban district and one rural district in Shanghai by stratified clustering sampling method. Physical examinations were carried out, body mass index { BMI) and prevalence of overweight and obesity were calculated. Information of time spent on sedentary behaviors was collected from parent implemented self-administered questionnaire. Multivariable logistic regression and multiple linear regres- sions were used to analyze the association of sedentary behaviors with children's overweight and obesity. Results The total seden- tary time of primary school students in Shanghai was 7.30±3.02 hour per day. Either on weekdays or weekends, main types of time- consuming sedentary behaviors after school were homework/reading and watching TV.In a logistic regression model, after adjusted for sex, age, appetite, physical activity and sleep time, odds ratios were 13% higher with each hour on homework/reading per day (OR = 1.13,95% CI: 1.01-1.26 }. After adjusted confounders, time of homework/reading on weekdays, time playing computer on weekdays or time playing piano on weekdays increased, BMI would increase(β=0.18, 1.03, 3.01, P〈0.01 }. Conclusion Home- work/reading and playing computer on weekdays may be closely associated with overweight and obesity among primary school student in Shanghai.
