江苏省大一新生健康知识知晓情况综合评价

摘　　要：目的了解江苏省各生源地大一新生健康相关知识知晓现状及综合评价情况,为有针对性开展中学生健康教育和健康促进提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取江苏省24所高校11 819名江苏籍大一新生为研究对象,以自行设计的问卷对其进行健康知识知晓情况调查。结果江苏省大一新生健康知识总知晓率为76.81%;男生(74.57%)低于女生(78.62%)(χ2=17.29,P<0.01);生源地为城市的新生健康知识知晓率(78.06%)高于城镇(76.91%)和农村(76.07%)(χ2=21.574,P<0.01);苏北地区新生健康知识知晓率(77.24%)低于苏南(77.18%)、苏中地区(76.11%)(χ2=9.91,P<0.01)。对全省13个地级市大一新生健康知识知晓情况进行主成分分析,运用综合评价函数进行排序,来自南京市的大一新生健康知识知晓综合评价排名第1位,评价值为2.064。结论江苏省大一新生健康知识知晓情况良好,但全省各地区健康教育水平发展不均衡。Objective To understand and evaluate the current situation on health knowledge of college freshmen in Jiangsu province, and to provide scientific basis for improving and developing the project of health education and health promotion among college students. Methods By using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method, 11 819 freshmen from 24 colleges in Jiangsu were collected. A self-administered questionnaire was used to survey the freshmen＇s awareness about health knowledge. Results The awareness rate of health knowledge was 76.81%, the rate of boys （ 74.57% ） was lower than the girls （ 78.62% ） （x^2 = 17.29, P 〈0.01 ）, and the rates of students came from city （ 78.06% ） were higher than that came from town （ 76.91% ） country （ 76.07% ） （x^2= 21.574, P〈0.01 ）, and it was also higher among students from southern{ 77.18%） and central （76.11% ）＋ Jiangsu province than northern parts （ 77.24% ） （x^2 = 9.91, P〈0.01 ）. The score of health-related knowledge for the freshmen from 13 cities in Jiangsu province was sorted by principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation function and the students from Nanjing city had the highest score. Conclusion The current situation of health awareness in college freshmen in Jiangsu province is good ; However the health education level developed imbalanced in the whole province, especially in gender and various regions.
